James Johnson delivered a comprehensive specialist joinery and architectural finishes package, combining high-quality craftsmanship with carefully coordinated materials to create a refined and cohesive interior. The works included bespoke oak slatted wall panels and doors, manufactured and installed to complement the architectural design while meeting the functional and performance requirements of the spaces.
Our scope extended beyond traditional joinery to incorporate a range of specialist finishes, including architectural metalwork and back-painted glass. The integration of these contrasting materials required close coordination between design, manufacture and installation, ensuring junctions, interfaces and finishes were delivered to the high standard expected throughout the project.
Acoustic performance also formed an important part of the package, with Kvadrat fabric-wrapped acoustic panels incorporated alongside the timber finishes. Bringing together natural oak, metalwork, glass and specialist acoustic treatments demonstrates James Johnson’s ability to manage complex multi-material packages while maintaining consistency, attention to detail and quality from manufacture through to final installation.
