Every project has a director or senior manager appointed to be in overall control supported by a management team consisting of a contacts manager, financial surveyor, setter out and a site foreman. The management team organises site surveys, design development meetings, setting out, manufacture, and our own skilled site teams to complete the installation. Comprehensive monitoring ensures that budgets are adhered to and deadlines met.

Modern machinery and the extensive use of CAD/CAM combined with the traditional craft skills of our staff produce the very highest standard of specialist joinery. We employ a blend of traditional skills and methods with the latest computer aided design and manufacturing technology, to provide the highest quality joinery service for our clients.

One of our great strengths is the design department employing 4 full time CAD users, all of whom are trained bench joiners and technicians thereby combining traditional practical skills with modern technology coupled with the input from the wealth of knowledge and experience from directors and senior staff. The department works on the latest edition AutoCAD and transfers information with clients and architects using electronic transfer for review of documents.
AutoCAD systems and traditional drawing office skills are used to develop detail and co-ordinate designs and concept drawings through the approval procedure. The E-mail system is used extensively for the flow of detailed information and assists in reducing time on the approval process.

We have a large dedicated spray shop to spray all popular paints and polish finishes. We also have the facility to apply specialist finishes involving two-pack lacquers that require the use of sophisticated extraction and safety equipment.
